JN Sports is operated by Dongguan Jiunuo Garment Co., Ltd. (东莞市玖诺服饰有限公司), a made-to-order apparel manufacturer in Humen Town, Dongguan.

The workshop started in apparel manufacturing. JN Sports develops yoga wear, running apparel, fitness clothing and private-label activewear for brands.

The range covers yoga tops, sports bras, pants and shorts, plus running T-shirts, singlets, shorts, tights, hoodies and lightweight jackets. Each project starts from how the garment will be used. Fabric weight, fit, seams and branding are planned together, whether the order is studio training, everyday training, a club kit or a race series.

OEM and ODM are both available, from adjusting a proven style to developing from a tech pack, reference sample or design brief. The sample is the chance to check details before bulk production starts.

Every order is made to order. There is no ready-stock shop.

Yoga and running development

Yoga wear, running tops, bottoms and lightweight outerwear, with the fabric, movement, seam comfort and product-brief details decided before sewing starts.

Sampling before production

Pattern, construction and branding are checked before bulk is approved. A sample is usually ready about 7 working days after the specification and materials are confirmed. Revisions can add time.

Flexible made-to-order options

A regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes in that color can be mixed. A new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex process is confirmed in the quote. The quote also sets any material minimum. Every order is made to order.

Checked against your approved sample

Before shipment, material, size, seams, branding and packing are checked against the approved sample and the order specification.

Sampling, sewing and packing in one place

Development

Pattern, fabric hand-feel, artwork placement and a fit sample before any bulk is cut.

Production

Cutting, sewing, bonding or taping where the style needs it, and logo application.

Finish

Measurement checks, labels, individual packing and carton marks against the approved sheet.
