Custom Yoga Apparel: Order Requirements and Lead Times

Does JN Sports offer ready-stock yoga apparel?

No. JN Sports produces yoga apparel to order. We do not offer existing inventory for immediate sale or dispatch.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color. Sizes within that color can be mixed. A new pattern, special fabric or complex process may have different requirements; these are confirmed in the project quote.

What can be customized?

Depending on the project, customization can cover fabric and pattern requirements, fit and sizing, colors, logos, labels and packaging. OEM development can start from your tech pack; ODM development can start from a reference or design brief. Laser-cut details and bonded construction are reviewed against the specific design and material before quotation.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling usually takes about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed, depending on the style. Custom fabric patterns and additional development can extend this time. The sample schedule is confirmed for each project.

How long does bulk production take?

The usual planning estimate is 25–35 working days after sample approval, once the order, materials and agreed terms are in place. Your quote confirms the project schedule. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed shipping or arrival date.

What should I send for a quote?

Send the product type, quantity per style and color, size requirements, design or reference, fabric requirements, logo artwork and required date. Flag any custom fabric pattern, laser cutting or bonded construction at the start. These details affect the development work, material requirements and schedule.

One 100-piece yoga apparel project included a custom fabric pattern, logo customization, laser cutting and bonded construction. Sampling took 15 working days because the fabric pattern needed customization; bulk production took 20 days.

These are the actual times for that project, not standard lead times for all orders. The 20-day bulk figure is reported as days, not working days, and should not be treated as an end-to-end delivery commitment. Client identity and order photographs are withheld under a confidentiality agreement.
