Include what you can. A short description is enough to start. Files can follow on email or WhatsApp.
Name the style and whether the work is OEM from a tech pack or ODM from a reference. A regular order is 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes in that color can be mixed. The reply states the sample time, usually about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed, and the bulk time, usually 25–35 working days after sample approval. Fabric, print, and labels are quoted with that order. If the goods must leave China, say express, air, or sea. Freight is quoted with the order. This page does not publish a delivered-duty price or a fixed transit time. The working days are planning estimates, not a guaranteed arrival.
