JN Sports manufactures custom running shorts to order in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Clothing brands, sports clubs, and other bulk buyers can send a design for OEM production, or develop the style with the workshop for ODM.
Fabric, fit, inseam, lining, pockets, logos, brand labels, and packaging can be set for the style, subject to what that construction can support.
- A regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes can be mixed within that color.
- For a new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex construction, the minimum is confirmed in the quote.
- Sampling is usually about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed, depending on complexity.
- Bulk is usually 25–35 working days after sample approval, once the materials and order terms are confirmed.

Custom Running Shorts Manufacturing
JN Sports cuts and sews running shorts in its Dongguan workshop. Orders are made for clothing brands, sports clubs, and other buyers who need one style repeated, rather than a stocked retail range. OEM production follows a tech pack, a graded pattern, or a reference sample. When the pattern is still open, the workshop develops the style and agrees the construction before bulk is cut. Customization Options
The useful choices on a shorts order are practical ones: fabric, rise and fit, inseam, a liner or no liner, and pocket placement. A logo is printed, heat-applied, or embroidered only when the cloth and the artwork can carry it. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and bags are specified with the garment so the pack-out matches the brand. A bonded seam, an unusual elastic, or a fabric the workshop does not already run is checked against that style before it is offered. A new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex construction is not given a second fixed minimum on this page. That quantity is confirmed in the quote. Sampling is usually about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed, and it depends on the style. Repeating a known pattern is often the shorter case. A first pattern, a new cloth, or added trim can take longer. Use the date on the quote for planning. The range is a working estimate, not a promised delivery date.
From Design to Bulk Production
A shorts order moves through four steps. Send a tech pack, a sketch, or a sample, plus the quantity per style and color. Confirm the fabric, the fit, and the trims. Make a sample and review the fit, the cloth, and the branding. Bulk cutting starts after the sample is approved and the materials and order terms are confirmed. Bulk is usually 25–35 working days from there. The count can shift if the cloth is late or the construction changes. Style development is on the product development page.
