What is the minimum order?
A regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color. Sizes can be mixed within that color.
How long does sampling take?
Usually about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed, depending on the style. Custom fabric development or revisions can extend the schedule; timing is confirmed for your project.
How long does bulk production take?
Usually 25–35 working days after sample approval, once the order, materials, and agreed payment are confirmed. These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
For a new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex construction, the minimum is confirmed in the quote.

Quick dry
A polyester knit can be chosen when a shirt or short needs to move moisture off the skin. The cloth is approved on the sample.
Breathable
Mesh or perforated panels are placed where that design needs more airflow.
Sun protection
A UPF level is quoted only when the order needs a stated sun-protection claim. Any test is scoped before bulk.
Odor control
An anti-odor or antibacterial finish can be specified for a style. It is not applied to every garment.

Running shorts and running leggings follow the fit and distance you specify. Stretch, pockets, and lining are chosen with the fabric for that style.

Printing, cutting, and stitching are done in the Dongguan workshop. The method follows the fabric and the artwork for that style.
Sublimation printing
All-over color on polyester for team or event graphics.
Screen printing
Solid logos and color blocks where the fabric can take the ink.
Heat transfer films
Used for reflective logos and small graphics.
Flatlock stitching
A low-profile seam for long runs, used where the construction calls for it.
Laser cutting
Clean edges on technical fabrics when the pattern calls for it.
Seam taping / bonding
Specified for rain shells that need taped or bonded seams. Not used on every running garment.
OEM / ODM customization process
A running order moves through four steps. Bulk cutting waits until the sample is approved.
- Design references: a tech pack, sketch, or sample photo, plus the quantity per style.
- Fabric and construction confirmed for that style.
- Sample development, to check fit, materials, and branding.
- Bulk production after the sample is approved.
Logos and labels are handled in branding. Hangtags, bags, and cartons are handled in packaging.

Do you sell ready-stock running apparel?
No. JN Sports provides made-to-order OEM/ODM production. We do not hold finished garments for immediate sale or shipment.
What information do you need for a quote?
Send the garment type, quantity per style and color, size range, tech pack or reference, fabric requirements, logo artwork and required date. Include any testing requirements, special fabrics or complex construction so these can be reviewed before the quote is confirmed.
