Fabrics chosen for the garment, not a fixed catalog
Each style gets a cloth recommendation based on weight, stretch, hand-feel and the claim you need to make on the hangtag.
Fabric Specifications and Claims
Start with a target GSM, swatch or reference garment and describe the intended use. Confirm composition, stretch and any required performance claims for the chosen material. Recycled content and other claims need supporting documentation; a fabric option listed here is not proof that every product carries that claim.
Mesh and perforation
Open panels at the back, underarm or inner short when airflow matters more than cover.
4-way stretch
The usual route for tights and compression tops. Elastane content is confirmed on the spec sheet.
Recycled polyester
Can be sourced when you ask for it. A recycled claim is used only when the lot documentation supports it.
UPF fabrics
Quoted when the market needs a stated sun-protection level. The test, if required, is scoped before bulk.
DWR and shells
Water-repellent finishes for light jackets. A membrane and taped seams are a separate outerwear construction.
What to send
A target GSM, a swatch, or a garment whose hand-feel you want to match. If you already own the fabric, cut-make-trim is available. If we source it, the hand-feel is approved on the sample before bulk cloth is ordered.
Cloth is chosen for the style, not from a standing catalog. OEM cuts the buyer’s specified fabric. ODM starts from a swatch or a reference garment once the construction is agreed. The garment quantity is still 50 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixed in that color. A mill minimum on a special cloth is stated in the quote, not as a second factory rule. Sampling usually takes about 7 working days after the cloth and design are confirmed. Bulk usually takes 25–35 working days after sample approval. If the goods need to move, the quote can include express, air, or sea. Transit is not included in those working days, and this page does not offer a fixed landed price.
