Confirm Packaging With the Garment Order

Send label and packaging artwork, dimensions, size or SKU identification and carton requirements. Packaging materials can carry their own minimum quantities; these are confirmed with the quote rather than assumed from the garment MOQ.

Packaging & labels for custom running apparel

Complete your running apparel order with packaging and labels that fit your brand and distribution needs. From individually packed running shirts and shorts to branded collection boxes, we help coordinate garment presentation, size identification and packing requirements before bulk production.

Individual garment bags

Individual garment bags

Keep running T-shirts, singlets, shorts and outerwear neatly packed for storage and distribution. Confirm bag dimensions, folding methods and size or SKU stickers to suit each garment and make order sorting easier.

Branded presentation boxes

Branded presentation boxes

Create a coordinated presentation for running apparel launches, team kits or selected collections. Box dimensions, garment combinations and branding details are reviewed together to avoid unnecessary space and keep the contents neatly arranged.

Custom brand hangtags

Custom brand hangtags

Introduce your running apparel collection with hangtags that match your brand identity. Include your logo, product name, size or approved product information, with the layout and attachment position confirmed before production.

Packaging customization & order requirements

Plan packaging and labels alongside your custom running apparel. Share your brand artwork, garment range and order quantities so we can review suitable specifications, production requirements and costs together.

Option 1: Materials & dimensions

Select packaging dimensions around the garment’s folded size and the number of items packed together. Material thickness, appearance and protection needs can be reviewed for lightweight running tops, shorts, hoodies and jackets.

Option 2: Printing & brand artwork

Match packaging graphics to your brand’s visual identity. Share your logo files, colors and preferred finish so we can check the printing method against the selected material and confirm the artwork before production.

Option 3: Garment labels & product identification

Coordinate brand labels, size labels, care information and packaging stickers across your running apparel range. Confirm fiber composition, care instructions and any market-specific wording before approval. If barcodes are required, provide the correct codes and product mapping.

Option 4: Packaging MOQ & order planning

Packaging minimums are quoted separately from garment minimums. Requirements vary by material, dimensions, printing and supplier setup. We will review quantities for each packaging item and explain any minimum purchase or remaining packaging balance before you confirm the order.

Final specifications, artwork, quantities and packing instructions are agreed before bulk production.

The garment order itself starts at 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes in that color can be mixed. OEM follows your pack-out spec. ODM sets the bag, box, and label with the sample. Bags and boxes are quoted separately and can carry their own material minimum. A packaging check is done with the garment sample, usually about 7 working days after the artwork and materials are confirmed. Bulk garments usually take 25–35 working days after that approval. Ask for express, air, or sea in the same quote. Freight is priced then. No delivered-duty price is published on this page. These times exclude transit and are planning estimates.

Lower-waste packaging options

Build a practical packaging plan for your running apparel collection. Start with the protection each garment needs, then review opportunities to reduce excess material and select documented alternatives where available.

  • Recycled-content paper & cardboard. Ask about paper hangtags and boxes with recycled content. Material availability, recycled-content information and supporting documents should be checked for the selected option before making an environmental claim.
  • Alternative garment bag materials. If you require recycled-content, compostable or other alternative bags, share the specification at the start. Suitability, minimum quantities and any supporting documents need to be reviewed before approval.
  • Simpler printing & finishes. Consider fewer print colors, smaller printed areas and fewer decorative finishes where they suit your brand. Review the complete packaging specification rather than relying on the ink type alone.
  • Right-sized packaging. Match bags and boxes to folded garment dimensions. Avoid unnecessary inserts and oversized boxes, while keeping enough protection for handling, storage and shipment.
