Custom Running T-Shirt Manufacturer in China
JN Sports provides made-to-order OEM/ODM production only. We do not sell ready-stock garments or offer immediate inventory dispatch.
JN Sports manufactures custom running T-shirts to order in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, for clothing brands, sports clubs, and other bulk buyers. Send a tech pack or a reference sample for OEM production. For ODM, the workshop can help develop the style, although not every design can be made as drawn.
Fabric, fit, neckline, sleeve, logos, print, brand labels, and packaging can be specified once that construction is confirmed.
- A regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes can be mixed within that color.
- A new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex process is given its own minimum in the quote.
- Sampling usually takes about 7 working days after the design and fabric are confirmed, and the time depends on the style.
- Bulk usually takes 25–35 working days after the sample is approved and the materials and order terms are confirmed.
- These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Custom Running T-Shirt Manufacturing
These shirts are cut and sewn for a repeat order, not pulled from a finished rack. A brand usually wants a training tee or a race shirt made again from its own artwork. A club often needs one graphic across a size run for a single meet. OEM follows the buyer’s tech pack or an approved sample. ODM starts earlier: the workshop can propose a pattern, then declines a detail that cannot be sewn or printed as drawn. The rest of the running line is on the running apparel page, and the other top categories are on the running tops page.
Fabric, Fit and Print Customization
The cloth is chosen for the shirt being made, then checked on the sample. The same block can be graded for men, for women, or as a unisex fit. A crew neck is the usual start; another neckline is reviewed against the pattern before it is offered. Sleeves may be a standard set-in short sleeve or a raglan, or another construction the sample can prove. A logo can be printed or embroidered when the cloth and the artwork allow it. An all-over graphic, a chest print, or a small mark each needs its own method, and that choice is made with the fabric rather than assumed. Neck labels, care labels, and the pack-out are set with the shirt. If the shirt can start from an existing block, with your label and selected changes, that private-label route is compared with full cut-and-sew in the private-label T-shirt guide. Transfer methods, including when DTF should be tested on the cloth before it is used, are in the printing guide. Cloth choices are on the fabrics page, marks and print methods on the branding page, and labels and bags on the packaging page.
MOQ and Sample Development
A regular T-shirt order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color. Sizes in that color can be mixed. A new pattern, a special cloth, or a harder construction does not get a second published number. The quote sets that minimum. Sampling usually takes about 7 working days once the design and the fabric are confirmed. The sample is used to check fit, cloth, and the print or embroidery. A repeat of a known block is often the shorter case. A first pattern or a difficult graphic can take longer, so plan from the date on the quote. That date is an estimate, not a promised ship date.
From Design to Bulk Production
The order moves in four steps. Send the design or a reference photo, plus the quantity per style and color. Confirm the fabric, the size range, and the print for that shirt. Make a sample and check it. Bulk cutting starts only after that sample is approved and the materials and order terms are in place. From there, bulk usually takes 25–35 working days, following the production plan that was confirmed. A late cloth delivery or a changed graphic moves that plan. How a style is developed is on the product development page. For a price, send the shirt, the color split, and the date you need the goods through the contact page.
