A yoga brand starts with one customer, a few styles that customer will wear, and a factory path that can sample those styles before you scale. A full lookbook can wait until the fit is approved.
Name the wearer and the use
Write down who wears the clothes and where. Studio, training, travel, modest coverage and a tighter training fit each change fabric weight, rise, sleeve length and how much coverage you need at the seat and chest. That note is the brief. Without it, every sample is a guess.
Open with a small set
A practical first order is a top and a bottom that share a color story. A sports bra or short-sleeve top, plus a legging or short, is enough to test the fit and the brand. Jackets and extra colorways can follow once that pair is approved. Every new pattern is its own sample.
Look through the yoga apparel range while you collect references. The styles there are development directions, not a warehouse of finished goods waiting for a label.
Say what you already have
If you have a tech pack, send it. If you have a garment you want developed from, send that and a list of changes. If you only have a sketch, say so. Private label can start from a base style with your brand on it. OEM starts from your design. Either path can be sampled.
Lock the specification before you multiply colors
Agree fabric, stitch, waistband, labels and the size grade on the sample. At this factory, a regular order starts at 50 pieces per style, per color, and sizes in that color can be mixed. A new pattern, a special fabric, or a complex process is confirmed in the quote. Adding colors is easier to plan after the pattern is approved than while the pattern is still moving.
Put the brand on the product, not only on the photos. Neck labels, heat transfer, print or embroidery, care labels, and a polybag or box are part of the order. Decide them with the sample so bulk packing matches what you approved. The branding and packaging pages list the options to specify.
Count the calendar from approval
Sample development usually takes about 7 working days after fabric, artwork and construction are confirmed. Bulk is usually 25–35 working days after the sample is approved. Special cloth, extra sample rounds and shipping add time on top of that. If you have a launch date, count backward from the ship date.
When you are ready, send the product type, the quantity per style, a reference design and the date you need the goods. JN Sports is a Dongguan factory for made-to-order yoga and running apparel. Confirmed orders can be paid by T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance.
